This opportunity invites enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to become part of an amazing cabin crew family exceeding 16,000 members, even without prior experience.

As a vital member of the Cabin Crew, the primary role involves ensuring the highest standards of safety and delivering exceptional customer service to guests flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft. This requires individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a positive 'can do' attitude, enjoying interaction with the public. Cabin Crew members are expected to operate variable shifts, including early starts and late finishes, reflecting the demanding but rewarding nature of the aviation environment where safety is paramount.

Successful candidates will embark on their aviation career journey with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program equips future Cabin Crew members with fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on safety procedures and service excellence. The course involves structured study, regular examinations, Supernumerary flights, and culminates in the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A paid training allowance is provided from the first day of the course.

Requirements

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network, including Non-Schengen countries.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • Be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
  • Have the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Be hardworking, flexible, adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service.
  • Have a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
