Role Description

As a vital member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of over 550,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. Opportunities are available for individuals looking to embark on a career as Cabin Crew, with no prior experience required. A strong sense of enthusiasm and teamwork is highly valued.

New Cabin Crew members will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course, which provides all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. A paid training allowance is provided from day one of the course.

Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding, though it is a demanding position where safety is paramount. The role requires operating both early and late shifts, with report times as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters and return times extending to midnight for afternoon rosters. Requirements

• Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network, including Non-Schengen countries.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease is essential.
• Candidates must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
• Ideal candidates are hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• A candidate's adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster are crucial.
• A genuine enjoyment of dealing with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude are highly beneficial.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people is desirable.
