Compensation
Upon successful completion of training, the collective agreement entry-level gross annual salary is € 35,393.68 for full-time employment. This compensation is supplemented by travel expenses, performance-related bonuses, and sales commissions. During the training period, a gross monthly salary of € 1,260.50 will be provided.

Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, genuinely warm, charming, and a true team player.
- Possess a Matura (Austrian high school diploma) or a comparable vocational qualification.
- Enjoy acting as a host and approach challenges openly and creatively.
- Hold an EU passport or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
- Be a confident swimmer, unassisted.
- Be able to reach Vienna Airport within 90 minutes when on standby.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to irregular shift patterns and duty times.
- Possess excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and strong English language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Enjoy sales and demonstrate strong selling skills.
- For male applicants, completion of military or civilian service is required.
