Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, invites applications for Cabin Crew positions. Operating over 3,600 daily flights and carrying more than 600,000 guests, the group is seeking the next generation of Cabin Crew to join its family. This role is based at one of the group's 90+ operational bases.
The Cabin Crew position is fundamental to delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. While safety is the number one priority, the role is also rewarding and offers the adventure of a lifetime within the Cabin Crew network. The position is demanding and requires the ability to operate both early morning shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5 am, and late shifts, potentially returning home at midnight. The operational pattern follows a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster.
No prior experience is required; the group values enthusiasm and team spirit. Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all fundamental skills needed for the day-to-day role. This includes studying with regular exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The training course is free and internationally recognised, with a daily per diem provided whilst training.
Ryanair Group is committed to the growth of its employees. Career opportunities for Cabin Crew members are extensive, offering paths to roles such as Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or potentially Director of Inflight.
Interested individuals are invited to apply. If the application is reviewed favorably, candidates will be invited to attend an In-Person Assessment Day. An upcoming Assessment Day is scheduled for 28 July 2025.
