Lauda Europe extends an invitation to highly experienced and dedicated Captains to join its esteemed flight operations team. This exceptional opportunity targets accomplished A320 Rated Captains and those qualified via Airbus Cross-Crew Qualification (CCQ). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and passenger satisfaction across Lauda Europe's modern Airbus A320 fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Commanding Airbus A320 aircraft in strict accordance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and best aviation practices.
- Ensuring the utmost safety and comfort for all passengers and crew throughout all flight phases.
- Exercising superior decision-making, particularly under pressure, and demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring the flight crew, fostering a professional, cohesive, and positive working atmosphere.
- Maintaining an expert-level understanding of all relevant operational manuals, procedures, and aviation regulations.
- Executing pre-flight preparations, in-flight management, and post-flight duties with precision, efficiency, and thoroughness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Current and valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- Documented experience as a Captain on the Airbus A320 aircraft type.
- For CCQ applicants, a relevant Airbus type rating with a documented Cross-Crew Qualification endorsement is required.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- The legal right to live and work within the European Union.
