Requirements

  • Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A)
  • EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted, but must be converted before course start)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
  • Valid Instrument Rating
  • ICAO English Level 5 or 6
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Clean criminal record
  • Flight Time Requirements:
    • 4,000 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS
    • OR 3,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
    • OR 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T

All requirements must be fully met, and all licenses valid at the time of application.

Recruitment Process

Application Period: Applications are reviewed continuously and the posting may close at short notice. Early application is encouraged.

Reapplying: Candidates who previously applied but were not invited to an assessment may reapply at any time. Candidates who attended an assessment but were not successful may reapply 24 months after the unsuccessful assessment.

Candidates who progress will participate in the following steps:

  1. Online Interview with a recruiter
  2. Online Tests (cognitive and personality assessments)
  3. Assessment Day (group exercises, simulator session, personal interview)
  4. Final Checks (background screening, security interview, and drug/alcohol testing)

Each step of the process might be disqualifying. Shortlisted applicants can expect assessment invitations during spring/summer 2026, with employment beginning in summer/fall 2026.
