With a modern fleet exceeding 100 aircraft and the addition of up to 55 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, SAS offers a dynamic and rewarding aviation experience. We are seeking experienced Captains and First Officers ready for command to join our future-focused Scandinavian airline.

Candidate Requirements
- Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A) or EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses require conversion before course start)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Valid Instrument Rating
- ICAO English Level 5 or 6
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Clean criminal record
Flight Time Requirements
- 4,000 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS
- or 3,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
- or 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
All requirements and licenses must be valid at the time of application.
Recruitment Process

Candidates progressing in the recruitment process will participate in the following steps:
- Online Interview with a recruiter
- Online Tests (cognitive and personality assessments)
- Assessment Day (group exercises, simulator session, personal interview)
- Final Checks (background screening, security interview, and drug/alcohol testing)
Each step may be disqualifying. Shortlisted applicants can expect assessment invitations during spring/summer 2026, with employment commencing in summer/fall 2026.
