All offers depend on mandatory background checks, including security interview, drug and alcohol testing, license validation, and employment verification. Salary levels follow collective agreements and cannot be negotiated. Approved candidates may be placed in a pilot holding pool, and start dates depend on operational needs and training capacity. This role is not suited for candidates seeking guaranteed base or fleet allocation, fixed upgrade timelines, or short-term employment.
