SAS is seeking experienced Captains and First Officers to join its growing operations based in Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, or Stockholm. As SAS enters a new era of growth, preparing for its largest summer program in 2026, the airline is expanding its fleet and its route network across Europe, North America, and Asia. This role provides a varied and rewarding flying experience within a modern fleet, challenging Nordic winter operations and navigating busy international airspaces.
Requirements

Unrestricted EASA ATPL(A) or equivalent (EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL). Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but require conversion before course commencement.

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Valid Instrument Rating.

ICAO English Level 5 or 6.

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Clean criminal record.

Flight Time Requirements (must be fully met and licenses valid at time of application):

4,000 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS

OR 3,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T

OR 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
