An airline in the Middle East is seeking experienced A320 Captains to join its flight crew. This permanent, unlimited-term contract position is based in the Middle East and offers an immediate start with visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Valid ICAO, FAA, or EASA ATPL
• Current Instrument Rating (IR)
• Valid A320 Type Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours on multi-crew commercial jet aircraft
• Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on A320 aircraft
• Clean safety and disciplinary record
• Strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and leadership qualities
• Professional, safety-focused attitude and commitment to operational excellence

Terms and Benefits

• Salary: Net, tax-free salary of USD 8,500 per month. Includes seniority allowance and the first 75 flight hours. Additional hours beyond 75 will be paid at USD 100 per hour.
• Per Diem: USD 80 per overnight stop.
• Joining Date: Immediate.
• Contract: Open-ended employment contract.
• Annual Leave: 21 days per year.
• Annual Travel Ticket: One ticket per year to the employee’s home country, up to USD 1,000.
• Transportation and Accommodation: Provided by the company during official duty.
• Health Insurance and Uniform: Provided.
• Training and Licensing: The company covers initial training, simulator training, local licence validation, residence permit, airport pass, and other applicable local licensing costs.
