- Total Multi-Engine Flight Time: A minimum of 500 hours of flight experience on multi-engine aircraft is required.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Detailed Flight Time Experience:
- Rated First Officers: Must possess a minimum of 100 hours on the Challenger 350/3500 aircraft and a total flight time of at least 500 hours.
- Non-Type Rated Candidates: Require a minimum of 500 hours on a multi-engine, multi-crew jet aircraft engaged in commercial operations.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates holding a current and valid Challenger 350/3500 type rating will receive preferential consideration.
- Required Licenses: Candidates must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
- Eligible License Holders: Applications are welcomed from pilots holding licenses issued by EASA or the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA).
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 is required.
