First Officer (FO) Opportunity – Challenger 350/3500 Fleet

Minimum Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Prospective candidates must strictly adhere to the following professional and flight time criteria to be considered for this pivotal role:

Licensing and Documentation

Applicants must possess a current Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
The organization requires applicants to hold a valid EASA or UK CAA issued license.
Possession of a current Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.

Required Flight Experience

A high level of multi-engine experience is requisite for this position:

A minimum of 500 total hours of multi-engine flight time must be demonstrated.
For Non-Type Rated Applicants: A minimum of 500 hours accrued specifically on a Multi-Engine, Multi-Crew Jet Aircraft engaged in commercial operation. Type rating training will be provided by Ryanair.
For Rated First Officers (Challenger 350/3500): A minimum of 100 hours logged specifically on the Challenger 350 or Challenger 3500 platform, in addition to the 500 hours total flight time.

Type Rating and Selection Preference

While a type rating is not mandatory for application, specific experience is highly valued:

Type rating on the Challenger 350 or 3500 is not a precondition for application, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful non-rated candidates.
Candidates who currently hold a valid Challenger 350 or 3500 type rating will receive substantial preference during the selection and evaluation process.
