Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 21 years of age.
• Education: High school certificate or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector or a customer-facing role.
• Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm with a minimum arm reach of 212 cm.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Swimming Skills: Confident swimming ability and proficiency in using flotation devices.
• Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted while in uniform.
• Visa and Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
