Compensation & Benefits
- The role features a predictable, set schedule designed to promote work-life balance. Rotational schedules for PC-12 Medevac Captains typically follow a 14-days on/14-days off or 7-days on/7-days off pattern, with travel occurring on Guaranteed Days Off (GDO).
- Mandatory training events are scheduled outside the standard rotation, for which Captains receive two additional weeks of annual compensation.
- Medevac shifts are equitably distributed to ensure consistent flight time and eliminate rolling duty days.
- All travel arrangements, including confirmed flights from a designated Canadian gateway airport to Saskatoon and onward to La Ronge, are fully managed and provided by Rise Air.
- Company-provided accommodation is available.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
- 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 500 hours in Multi-Engine aircraft.
- 500 hours Turbine time.
- Current Instrument Rating.
- Possession of a current and valid passport, enabling travel to the USA, and legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Northern Flying Operations.
- Compliance with all client-established operational standards.
