Jet Linx is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for Super Midsize jet aircraft, specifically the Challenger 300 and Challenger 350. Based in Dallas, Texas, this full-time position is integral to the company's Part 91 and 135 flight operations, ensuring safe and efficient air travel while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
About the Role
The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot, bearing responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures. This role requires proactive decision-making and a commitment to Jet Linx's core values.

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.

Maintain and manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and accessible.

Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making skills in all operational scenarios.

Qualifications

Total Flight Time: 3500 hours

Total PIC: 2000 hours

Total PIC in Type (Challenger 300/350): 250 hours

Multi-Engine Time: 1000 hours

Turbine Time: 1000 hours

Air Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or ability to obtain ATP.

Current 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type (Challenger 300/350) within the last 24 months is preferred.
Requirements

Ability to live, or willingness to relocate, within a 2-hour call out time of the Dallas home base.

Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.

Proof of eligibility to work in the US.

Current passport with unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.

Ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.

Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by flight schedules.

Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
