Job Description- Pilot Recruiter
POSITION PURPOSE
Assists in the development of a comprehensive selection process utilizing best practices and innovative approaches with the goal of sourcing high caliber talent for the Company. Develops strong and effective business partnerships with internal and external clients to enhance recruitment strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

+ Creates and owns a positive candidate experience.
+ Sources passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods.
+ Develops, analyzes and maximizes sources of candidates, both traditional and state-of-the art, including social media for all Company positions.
+ Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking.
+ Encourages candidate interest in the position to be filled by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
+ Refers candidates to recruiters or guides candidates through the application process. Experience and Education: Performs work under minimal supervision.
+ Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
+ Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
+ Conducts information sessions and presentations to prospective associates. Represents the Company at job fairs and other events.
+ Ensures adherence to all EEO legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other government compliance requirements in regard to interviews, testing and hiring processes.
+ Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, including the development and maintenance of operational procedures.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related area
+ At least 2 years of recruiting related experience or a combination of education and experience.
+ Successful track record in of hiring passive/directly sourced candidates utilizing various recruiting resources.
+ Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
+ Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple deliverables/deadlines.
+ Exceptional teamwork, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
+ At least 5 years recruitment experience is preferred.
+ A PHR/SPHR is preferred.
+ Familiar with Workday, SmashFly or other recruitment technologies.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
REASONING/PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Makes day to day decisions used to support strategic direction. Decisions often require some thought and are somewhat structured. Decisions tend to be short term and usually moderate cost.
