Qualifications

Candidates for the Cabin Crew position should possess a passion for customer service and meet the following criteria:

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation, or another customer-facing role.
• Ability to reach a minimum height of 212 cm with arms fully extended.
• Completion of at least 10 years of formal education, supported by official certificates or documentation.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated people-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to meticulousness, pride in proper execution, and integrity in following through on commitments.
• An appreciation for working effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Good health and physical fitness.
• Eligibility to meet Qatar employment visa requirements and a readiness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
