Crewlink, the official recruitment partner for Ryanair, is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join the Lauda team at one of Ryanair Group's 90+ operational bases across Europe. This role offers a fast-track career path within Europe's largest airline group, flying on Ryanair Group aircraft and providing exceptional safety and customer service to a high volume of passengers.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential safety and customer service skills, culminating in the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. This demanding yet rewarding position involves operating a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress within the Ryanair Group's inflight division, with potential career advancements to supervisory and management roles.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early and late shifts.

Enjoy dealing with the public and capable of providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
