About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member for Qatar Airways, the primary responsibility is to create a welcoming, world-class experience for passengers. This involves prioritizing safety, security, and passenger wellbeing on every flight, supporting passengers from boarding to arrival, and confidently managing unexpected situations with professionalism. The role also entails working collaboratively with a diverse international team and representing Qatar Airways with pride and warmth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to reach a minimum height of 212 cm with arms fully extended.
• Completion of at least 10 years of formal education, supported by official certificates or documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural focus on people.
• A commitment to thoroughness and follow-through.
• Enjoyment of working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Good health and physical fitness.
• Eligibility to meet Qatar employment visa requirements and readiness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
