Lead Captain Position – Citation XLS+

Our prestigious organization seeks a highly experienced and qualified Lead Captain to join our team. This full-time position operates a Citation XLS+ based in Wheeling, IL (PWK), with an estimated annual flight time of 350-400 hours. The schedule consists of a two-week on, one-week off rotation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional piloting skills and a proven record of safe and efficient flight operations. Specific requirements include:

• Total Flight Hours: A minimum of 5000 hours.
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Hours: A minimum of 2500 hours as PIC.
• Multi-Engine Land Hours: A minimum of 2500 hours, with 1500 hours as multi-engine PIC.
• Turbine Aircraft Hours: A minimum of 2000 hours in turbine aircraft.
• Instrument Time: A minimum of 500 hours instrument time.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate: An ATP certificate with a multi-engine land rating is mandatory.
• Medical Certificate: A current First-Class Medical Certificate is required.
