Pilot in Command – Lear 75

Position Summary
Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for Lear 75 light jet aircraft to support Part 91 and 135 flight operations. Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and established company procedures. Candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of their assigned home base.
Minimum Flight Experience Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Total PIC: 2,000 hours

Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company standards and CFRs.

Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting requirements.

Oversee Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, decisive judgment in all operational scenarios.

Uphold and demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.
Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).

1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport and unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.

Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug/alcohol testing programs.

Preferred: Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Physical requirements: Ability to work in and around aircraft/terminals and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation package, with a starting base annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $182,500, commensurate with geographic location, aircraft specifications, education, training, and experience. Benefits include:
