Perdue Farms is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Captain to join its Aviation team in Salisbury, Maryland, United States. This pivotal role involves operating company aircraft, with a preference for experience on the Embraer Phenom 300, within a professional, safety-focused, and collaborative environment.
As a Captain at Perdue Farms, you will lead by example, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in adherence to all FARs, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturers’ recommendations. This role emphasizes a commitment to ethical standards, continuous improvement, and exceeding customer expectations. The successful Captain will demonstrate stewardship, prepare thoroughly for flights, and contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, integrity, and respect. Beyond flying duties, the Captain will support team needs, offer technical and hospitality guidance to less experienced members, and actively contribute to the team's growth.
The position is based onsite at our Corporate Office in Salisbury, MD. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $170,000 - $256,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, with an annual performance-based bonus.
