Perdue Farms is seeking an experienced Captain to join its Aviation team at its Corporate Office in Salisbury, Maryland. About the Role
The Captain will operate company aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulations and company policies. This position involves leadership by example, exceeding customer expectations, and demonstrating stewardship in flight preparation and operations. The role also includes supporting team needs with non-flying duties and providing guidance to less experienced team members. While a type rating is preferred, cultural fit is prioritized.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience.

Minimum of 4000 hours total flight time.

2000 hours multi-engine time.

Valid first-class medical certificate.

Ability to travel abroad freely.

Valid Passport.

Flawless safety record; no history of FAA enforcement.

Exceptional dependability and timeliness.

Willingness to relocate within an 80-mile radius of Salisbury, MD.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications

ATP Certificate Multi Engine.

Embraer Phenom 300 type rating.

Corporate flight experience.
Physical Requirements

Requires lifting travel bags onto aircraft.
