Pilot-in-Command - Gulfstream Fleet

A highly skilled and experienced Pilot-in-Command is sought to join a dedicated flight crew operating a fleet of two large cabin Gulfstream aircraft. This individual will be responsible for the safety of passengers and crew, ensuring comfortable and timely flight operations. The Pilot-in-Command will supervise the flight crew, adhering to all FAA regulations for both flight and ground operations. They will determine optimal flight routes, speeds, and schedules to meet operational demands, making critical decisions regarding potential delays, rerouting, or flight cancellations. When not engaged in flight duties, they may perform other general departmental tasks. Preference will be given to candidates holding a GVII type rating with prior experience in this aircraft type.

This position is based in Waterford, MI, and applicants must reside within a two-hour commuting radius of this location. Pilots can expect to fly approximately 250 hours annually with Pentastar Aviation.

Required Qualifications:

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience on G500/G600 aircraft highly desirable
• Prior experience on G450/G550 aircraft highly desirable
• Prior experience in business aviation is required
• Prior experience flying large cabin Gulfstream aircraft is required
• International flight experience is required
• Ability to adapt to a frequently changing work schedule is required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an FAA First Class medical certification.
