Aviation Pilot Internship - Cincinnati

Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated aviation student for a comprehensive summer internship in Cincinnati. This paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate aviation, reporting directly to the Chief Pilot.

The intern will actively engage in diverse projects, daily operational duties, and structured professional development courses. Flight activities will include observation flights, providing valuable insight into the responsibilities of a corporate pilot. The internship offers exposure to both domestic and international flights, and may culminate in a week of systems and simulator recurrent training alongside a P&G flight crew, schedule permitting.

Furthermore, the intern will have opportunities to network with P&G employees and executives and participate in various activities with fellow interns.

Other potential responsibilities during the internship include: participation in 3-4 work and research projects; fulfillment of assigned daily duties; engagement in scheduled domestic and international flights; and professional development activities within Corporate Aviation, potentially leading to technical credit based on performance and approval.

Job Qualifications:

Candidates should be pilot students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an aviation-related field (a professional pilot curriculum is preferred). Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum junior status in a Bachelor’s program or minimum first year in a Master’s program, with a return to studies in the fall semester.
  • Completion of an instrument pilot rating, and enrollment in a Commercial and/or Multi-Engine flight course prior to the internship commencement.
  • Demonstrated high academic standing.
  • A strong interest and curiosity regarding a career in corporate aviation.
  • Willingness to share internship experiences and provide feedback to their school’s students and faculty upon program completion.

Compensation:

The starting pay range for this position is $29 to $50 per hour. Compensation at P&G is determined by a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, role, qualifications, skills, and experience. Total Rewards at P&G may encompass salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits. Additional details about the total rewards package and specific salary range will be shared during the hiring process.
