Aviation Pilot Internship - Cincinnati, OH
Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated and passionate pilot student for an Aviation Pilot Internship in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain invaluable insight and experience into the world of corporate aviation. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the intern will engage in various assigned projects, daily duties, and planned professional development courses throughout the summer.
The intern will participate in observation flights, gaining first-hand knowledge of the corporate pilot lifestyle. Flight experience includes the potential for both domestic and international flights. As the schedule permits, the internship culminates in a week of systems and simulator recurrent training with a P&G flight crew.
During the internship, the individual will also have opportunities to network with P&G employees and executives, and participate in activities with other P&G interns.
Other potential duties include:
- Completing 3-4 work and research projects.
- Fulfilling daily responsibilities as assigned.
- Observing and participating in scheduled domestic and international trips.
- Participating in professional development activities in Corporate Aviation, potentially leading to technical credit based on performance and approval.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be pilot students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an aviation-related field, preferably within a professional pilot curriculum. Specific qualifications include:
- Minimum junior status in a Bachelor’s program or minimum first-year status in a Master’s program, with plans to return in the fall semester.
- Completion of Instrument Pilot Rating and enrollment in Commercial and/or Multi-Engine flight course by the internship start date.
- High academic standing.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in corporate aviation as a career path.
- Willingness to share internship experiences and provide feedback to students and faculty upon return to school.
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this position is $29-$50 per hour. Compensation varies based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and experience level. Total Rewards at P&G include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
