Cabin Crew Member – Oslo, Norway
Norwegian is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as permanent Cabin Crew based in Oslo. We invite applications from both industry professionals and those new to aviation to participate in our upcoming training courses, scheduled from November through February.
Role Overview
As a member of our cabin crew, you will serve as a vital ambassador for our airline, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers. This multifaceted role requires a commitment to excellence, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering a memorable service experience. Please note that this position requires flexibility, as it involves shift work, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and coverage during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 20 years of age.
-
Height of at least 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.

Proficiency in swimming.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.

Completed upper secondary education (academic or practical track); relevant service experience may be considered as an equivalent.

Possession of a valid work permit for Norway.

Residency within a 90-minute commute of the Oslo base, or a willingness to relocate.

Clean criminal record and the ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Valid medical certificate or the ability to obtain one.

Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.

Personal grooming standards: No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
Required Qualifications Upon Selection
Selected candidates must successfully satisfy the following criteria prior to formal appointment:

Obtain an approved medical certificate, including successful completion of intoxication and alcohol testing.

Pass a comprehensive background check to secure an official airport admission card.

Successfully complete the mandatory Norwegian Cabin Crew training course.
