Cabin Crew Member - Oslo

Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members in Oslo. We are currently recruiting for training courses scheduled between November and February, with a broader recruitment cycle for the 2026/2027 winter season. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an international team of 2,500 cabin crew members.

Role Overview

As a Cabin Crew member, you will perform diverse roles including those of a nurse, psychologist, nanny, chef, and security guard. This role requires the ability to manage long shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Success in this position is defined by the ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize passenger safety, and deliver an exceptional experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 20 years old
  • Height requirements: Above 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes
  • Must be able to swim
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Scandinavian language skills are preferred
  • Educational background: Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track); relevant service experience may compensate for education in some cases
  • Must possess a valid work permit for the country of application
  • Must hold a clean criminal record
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid medical certificate
  • Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred
  • Tattoo policy: No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm
  • Residence: Must live within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidates must obtain an approved medical certificate (including intoxication/alcohol testing) and an approved background check for an admission card.
