Cabin Crew Member - Oslo

Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join our professional Cabin Crew team based in Oslo, Norway. We are currently recruiting for training courses scheduled between November and February, with a broader recruitment cycle extending into the 2026/2027 winter season.

Role Overview

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, taking on diverse responsibilities that require a caring, professional, and composed approach. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding, fast-paced environment involving shift work, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods. This role involves extensive travel, exceeding 150 days per year.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Physical requirements: Height above 160 cm or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.
  • Education: Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent level; relevant service experience may compensate for education.
  • Residency: Must live within 90 minutes of the Oslo base or be willing to relocate.
  • Legal: Valid work permit for Norway, clean criminal record, and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Certification: Valid medical certificate (or ability to obtain one) and valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) preferred.
  • Appearance: No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.

Mandatory Pre-Employment Steps

Successful candidates will be required to obtain an approved medical certificate (including intoxication/alcohol testing), pass a background check for an airport admission card, and successfully complete the company training course.
