Responsibilities

The Human Resources Professional will be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR duties, including but not limited to:

  • Employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Talent acquisition and recruitment for aviation-specific roles.
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Benefits administration and compensation management.
  • HR policy development and implementation.
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively. Experience within the aviation or a similarly regulated industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
