The Human Resources Specialist will be instrumental in executing comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and talent development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various aviation and corporate roles, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, upholding company values and policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations relevant to the aviation industry.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in the execution of training and development initiatives designed to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
