Responsibilities
The Human Resources Professional will be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR duties, including but not limited to:
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Talent acquisition and recruitment for aviation-specific roles.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Benefits administration and compensation management.
- HR policy development and implementation.
- Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Supporting organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
