Position Overview:
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights conducted under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand regulations. This role requires ensuring seamless mission execution while strictly adhering to all FAA regulations pertaining to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications. The Captain will follow established company procedures for reporting aircraft discrepancies and complete administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Compensation and Benefits:
Northern Jet offers a competitive and attractive compensation package designed to reward its pilots:
- Base Salary: Starting at $135,000 Annually.
- Incentives: Daily and annual pay incentives are provided, including Scheduled Day Off (SDO) pay ($1,150 for PIC), Holiday Pay ($800), and Per Diem ($75 Domestic, $120 International).
- Bonuses: Additional incentives, up to $20,000, are available for pilots taking on roles such as Standardization Captain or Instructor.
- Health & Insurance: The company covers 80% of medical, vision, and dental insurance premiums. Employer-paid Basic Life AD&D, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance are included, along with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Minimum Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess:
- CE-750 Type Rating
- 3,000 Total Time
- 2,500 PIC Time
- 50+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
- Current 1st Class Medical
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License
Other Requirements:
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
