Captain, CE-750 (Home-Based)

Role Overview:
The Captain will operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand regulations. This role requires ensuring the flawless execution of flight missions while maintaining strict adherence to all FAA regulations concerning flight operations, duty periods, and pilot qualifications. The Captain is responsible for following established company procedures for reporting aircraft discrepancies encountered during flight or ground operations and completing administrative tasks as assigned by company management.

- Base Salary: $135,000 Annually.
- Incentive Pay: Daily and annual incentives, including Scheduled Day Off (SDO) pay ($1,150 for PIC), Holiday Pay ($800), and Per Diem ($75 Domestic, $120 International).
- Bonuses: Potential for bonuses up to $20,000 for additional roles such as Standardization Captain or Instructor.

This is a Home-Based position.
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a CE-750 Type Rating.
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License.
- Current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum 3,000 hours Total Flight Time.
- Minimum 2,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) Time.
- Minimum 50+ hours Multi-Engine Time.
Other Requirements:
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Maintains an impeccable professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening test.
- Ability to clear a comprehensive background check.
