Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.
- Conduct demonstration flights for potential customers.
- Conduct Customer Acceptance flights.
- Conduct Ferry flights.
- Carry out pre and post flight activities.
- Provide weekend schedule support as required.
- Support the Bombardier Flight Test Center as needed.
- Conduct manual and documentation review.
- Perform secondary duties to support the flight operations team.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical.
- Minimum 3,500 hours of total flight time with 500 hours PIC on large multi-engine aircraft.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
- Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training is a definite asset.
- US ATP is an asset.
- Legal right to work and live in Canada is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to execute the duties of an aircraft commander while maintaining a positive and cooperative relationship with the crew and management.
- Proven ability to manage stressful situations.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
