Role Overview
Bombardier Flight Operations is seeking a Pilot, Captain Challenger to join the Montreal Flight Operations Challenger Flight Test team. The successful candidate will contribute to the validation of aircraft airworthiness and ensure superior delivery experiences for global clients.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness.

Perform demonstration flights for potential customers and execute Customer Acceptance flights.

Carry out ferry flights and manage all associated pre- and post-flight activities.

Conduct manual and technical documentation reviews.

Provide support for the Bombardier Flight Test Center and maintain flexibility for weekend schedules as required.
Qualifications and Requirements

Valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate.

Minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time, including 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on large multi-engine aircraft.

Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in managing stressful situations and performing duties as an aircraft commander.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
Preferred Assets
-
Previous flight test experience.

Strong technical background in certification or training.

US ATP certification.
