Norse Atlantic Airways is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join their esteemed cabin crew team based in Athens (ATH). This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to fly aboard the state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner to diverse and exciting global destinations. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and uphold Norse's rigorous safety standards while consistently delivering in-flight service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions or alternatives.
- Demonstrate independent thought processes while effectively collaborating as part of a dynamic team.
- Manage a variety of situations while interacting with the public before, during, and after flights.
- Perform duties both independently and as a team member, requiring minimal supervision.
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of all customers throughout the duration of their flight.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Must possess fluency in the English language.
- Must hold a valid passport with a minimum of one year of remaining validity.
- Must have the legal right to work and reside within Greece and the European Union.
- Must possess the unrestricted legal right to travel to and from all destinations served by Norse Atlantic Airways.
- Must have completed a minimum of high school education or possess an equivalent level of qualification.
- Must be able to report to duty within 90 minutes when on standby in Athens (ATH).
- Must be able to fly intercontinental routes.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, as flights operate 24/7/365.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug and alcohol test.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position, including the ability to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters, float, and provide assistance to others in water.
- Previous experience with a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid Medical Class 2 certificate is preferred.
- Must possess a Social Security Number (AMKA).
- Flying experience within the last 5 years is preferred.
