Role Summary
A leading airline is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join its professional Cabin Crew team. The Cabin Crew member serves as a vital ambassador for the airline, committed to fostering customer loyalty and projecting a positive corporate image. This role is centred on delivering exceptional customer service while diligently ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight journey. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain peak readiness and fitness for operations, upholding the highest standards aligned with company policies and procedures.

This vacancy is exclusively for a recruitment drive taking place in Greece. Candidates must be available to attend assessments in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Readiness:** Ensures timely attendance, maintains impeccable grooming and personal fitness standards, and confirms all necessary documentation and legality for assigned flights. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, understand roles, sales targets, and security procedures.
- **Safety & Security:** Instructs passengers on essential safety procedures to ensure their well-being and comfort. Identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid to passengers as required. Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- **Customer Service Excellence:** Greets passengers warmly and assists with boarding formalities. Provides consistently excellent customer service, attending to passenger pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs. Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following procedures outlined in the Operations Manual. Actively contributes to on-board revenue maximisation and the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensures the proper and secure handling of all cash and credit card payments from sales and donations.
- **Checks & Reporting:** Conducts thorough pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is clean and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available at transit stations. Manages the orderly handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Participates in post-flight briefings and completes assessment reports as per policy, including objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting flight discrepancies. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and is prepared to carry out Cabin Supervisor duties if designated by the Captain.
- **Professional Development:** Maintains professional and safety knowledge and competence by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring current license validity.
- **Team Contribution:** Contributes positively to the team effort, working towards accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements
- Age between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males.
- Weight must be proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a Diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is considered an added value.
- Must be fit to fly, in good general health, and free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Work Experience & Skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality Industries is an advantage.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capability to work demanding shift patterns and extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively and successfully deliver against established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
