Key Responsibilities

The VIP Flight Attendant is entrusted with:

• Executing personalized and ultra-high-quality service standards tailored discreetly to the preferences of VIP clients.
• Ensuring the absolute safety and security of all passengers throughout all flight phases, in strict adherence to aviation regulations.
• Facilitating seamless passenger movements, including efficient boarding, comfortable disembarking, and professionally handling specialized requests.
• Managing and delivering bespoke in-flight services, including professional gourmet meal presentation, sophisticated beverage service, amenity distribution, and advanced entertainment system assistance.
• Maintaining the immaculate presentation and organization of the aircraft cabin environment at all times.
• Fostering proactive communication and seamless collaboration with the flight crew to guarantee optimal operational efficiency and an outstanding customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Constraints

• Demonstrable prior experience as a professional Cabin Crew member is required, with a distinct preference for experience gained within the VIP, private, or luxury business aviation sector.
• Exceptional aptitude for interpersonal communication, service delivery, and diplomatic interaction.
• Immediate availability for commencement of employment is mandatory.
• The successful applicant must be permanently based in Thessaloniki.
