• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and qualifications.
• Building and nurturing relationships with aviation schools, professional organizations, and industry contacts.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in human resources or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the aviation industry preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
