Pilot Recruitment Specialist
NetJets Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilot Recruitment Specialist to join their esteemed Human Resources department. This critical position is dedicated to identifying, attracting, and securing highly qualified aviation professionals to support NetJets' unparalleled flight operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the aviation industry and a proven track record in talent acquisition. This role involves comprehensive recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier pilots.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation schools, professional organizations, and pilot communities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific pilot requirements and qualifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and aviation regulations.
- Champion the NetJets brand and its commitment to aviation excellence.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the aviation sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the pilot hiring landscape and associated qualifications.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
