Position Summary

The Pilot Recruitment Specialist, operating within the Human Resources department at NetJets Inc., plays a crucial role in the strategic acquisition of qualified flight crew members. This position is instrumental in supporting the company's continued growth and operational success by identifying, attracting, and facilitating the onboarding of exceptional aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Human Resources and Operations teams to understand current and future pilot staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber pilots.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation schools, organizations, and industry professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the NetJets employer brand within the aviation community.

Qualifications
