About the Role
NetJets Inc., a leader in private aviation, is actively seeking a qualified Pilot Recruitment Specialist to join its esteemed Human Resources department. This vital position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing highly skilled aviation professionals to join the NetJets flight crew. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the aviation industry and a passion for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and recruiting qualified pilots.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with aviation leadership to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential pilot candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Represent NetJets at industry events and career fairs to promote employment opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation sector.
- Strong understanding of pilot qualifications, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
