Senior Cabin Crew Member (m/f/d) - Nuremberg, Germany

Marabu Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cabin Crew Member to join its team in Nuremberg, Germany. The Senior Cabin Crew Member will play a vital role in leading and mentoring cabin crew members while ensuring the highest standards of passenger experience and safety. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Cabin Crew Member will:

  • Lead and support cabin crew to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight operations.
  • Guide and mentor Cabin Crew Members (CCMs) to enhance their skills and facilitate professional development.
  • Set high service standards to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks, manage emergency procedures, and strictly adhere to aviation regulations.
  • Promote and boost in-flight sales activities.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between flight crew and cabin crew, managing reports and documenting incidents.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Minimum height of 158 cm.
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
  • EU citizenship with a valid EU passport.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.
  • Valid aeronautical medical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM).
  • Prior A320 aircraft experience.
  • Official SCCM rank documentation from a previous employer's HR department.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and reliability.
  • No criminal record.
