Jetstar Japan, a leading low-cost carrier based in Narita, Japan, is seeking highly qualified First Officers to join its growing fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Jetstar Japan, a dynamic airline operating a modern fleet on a network of 24 routes to 14 domestic and international destinations. With over 100 daily flights, the airline offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Jetstar Japan offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Annual Base Salary: 8,520,000 Japanese Yen
- Housing Allowance: 155,000 Japanese Yen per month
- Productivity Pay: 10,000 Japanese Yen per hour for hours worked over 60 per month
- Sign On Bonus: 1,000,000 Japanese Yen
- Commuting Allowance: 100,000 Japanese Yen per month
- Layover Allowance: 5,000 Japanese Yen in Japan, 4,000 Japanese Yen outside of Japan
- Training Salary: 100% of base salary
- Annual Leave: 20 days per year
- Sick Leave: 24 days per year
- Other Benefits: Annual bonus, staff travel opportunities
Estimated Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately 1,180,000 Japanese Yen (~ USD 11,074)
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A320 Type Rated Pilots:
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours on the A320 family
- Minimum 250 hours PIC, or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC
- Non-Rated Pilots:
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours on commercial jet aircraft
- Minimum 250 hours PIC, or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, relevant Japanese permanent residency status or an unrestricted right to work in Japan
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4 or above
