The Opportunity

Positions are available for both Airbus A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots, and consideration will be given to candidates with or without a Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) licence. Preference will be given to pilots holding a JCAB licence, irrespective of their A320 type rating status. While non-A320 type-rated pilots without a JCAB licence are welcome to apply, holding an A320 rating is recommended for increased competitiveness in this category.

Minimum Requirements

Prospective Airbus A320 Captains must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time.
A minimum of 3,000 hours on jet aircraft.
A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on jet aircraft.
A minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft.
Possession of a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
An ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.

JCAB licence holders are particularly encouraged to apply.
