Jetstar Japan Airbus A320 Captain Positions

Jetstar Japan, based in Narita and operating a fleet of 24 Airbus A320 aircraft (with further aircraft on order), seeks experienced Captains for its expanding network. The airline operates over 100 flights daily. This recruitment drive offers opportunities to both A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots, with or without a Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) licence. Preference will be given to JCAB licence holders; however, non-JCAB licence holders must possess an A320 type rating to be considered competitive. Applications from non-A320-rated pilots are still welcomed. Longreach Aviation provides comprehensive support throughout the application and employment process.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Total flight time: 4,000 hours
• Jet aircraft flight time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-command (PIC) time on jet aircraft: 1,000 hours
• PIC time on Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft: 500 hours
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
