Job Opportunity: Airbus A320 First Officer at Jetstar Japan

Jetstar Japan (JJP) is currently seeking professional Airbus A320 First Officers to join its expanding operations. Based in Narita, Japan, Jetstar Japan operates a fleet of 24 A320 aircraft, serving 14 domestic and international destinations with over 100 daily flights.

Position Overview

Applications are invited from both A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots. Preference will be given to candidates holding a current JCAB licence. For candidates without a JCAB licence, holding an A320 rating is highly advantageous, though non-A320 rated pilots are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a current ICAO, EASA, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Possess a current First Class Medical Certificate.
• Maintain an ICAO English proficiency level of 4 or above.
• Hold, or be eligible for, Japanese permanent residency or an unrestricted right to work in Japan.
• A320 Type Rated Pilots: Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time; 1,000 hours on A320 family; 250 hours PIC (or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC).
• Non-Rated Pilots: Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time; 1,000 hours jet time with a commercial airline; 250 hours PIC (or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC).
