Job Summary

Jetstar Japan is seeking First Officers to join their Airbus A320 fleet, based in Narita, Japan.

About the Role

Jetstar Japan (JJP) is expanding its operations with a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft, serving numerous domestic and international destinations. This role offers a unique opportunity for pilots to contribute to a dynamic and growing airline.

Requirements

• JCAB licence holders are encouraged to apply.
• A320 Type Rated Pilots:
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours on the A320 family of aircraft.
  • Minimum 250 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), or 180 hours as PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) and 70 hours as PIC.
• Non-Rated Pilots:
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours jet time with a commercial airline.
  • Minimum 250 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), or 180 hours as PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) and 70 hours as PIC.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, relevant Japanese permanent residency status or an unrestricted right to work in Japan.
• A current ATPL (ICAO/EASA/FAA).
• A current First Class Medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.

Qualifications

While a JCAB licence is preferred, pilots with an A320 type rating are also considered competitive. Non-A320 rated pilots may still apply.
