Jetstar Japan is seeking qualified and experienced First Officers to join their Airbus A320 fleet.
Job Description
Jetstar Japan has a requirement for Airbus A320 First Officers. These positions are open to both A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots, with or without a JCAB license. Pilots holding a JCAB license will be preferred. Candidates without a JCAB license are encouraged to apply if they hold an A320 rating; however, non-A320 pilots may also be considered.
Jetstar Japan (JJP) operates from Narita, Japan, with a current fleet of 24 A320 aircraft and additional aircraft on order. The airline serves 14 domestic and international destinations, operating over 100 flights daily.

Requirements
A320 Type Rated Pilots:
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours on the A320 family.
- Minimum 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), or 180 hours PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) and 70 hours PIC.
Non-Rated Pilots:
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours jet time with a commercial airline.
- Minimum 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), or 180 hours PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) and 70 hours PIC.
All Applicants Must:
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, relevant Japanese permanent residency status or an unrestricted right to work in Japan.
- Hold a current ATPL (ICAO/EASA/FAA).
- Possess a current First Class Medical certificate.
- Achieve ICAO English Level 4 or above.
JCAB licence holders are welcome to apply.
