Airbus A320 First Officer - Jetstar Japan

Jetstar Japan (JJP), headquartered in Narita, Japan, is currently seeking applications for Airbus A320 First Officers. Operating a fleet of 24 Airbus A320 aircraft, JJP manages over 100 daily flights across 24 domestic and international routes. This opportunity is open to both A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots, with or without a JCAB licence. Preference is given to applicants holding a JCAB licence.

Candidate Requirements

All applicants must meet the following general prerequisites:

Hold a current ATPL (ICAO/EASA/FAA).
Possess a current First Class Medical certificate.
Maintain ICAO English proficiency level 4 or above.
Hold, or be eligible to hold, relevant Japanese permanent residency or an unrestricted right to work in Japan.

A320 Type-Rated Requirements:

Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
Minimum 1,000 hours on the A320 family.
Minimum 250 hours PIC, or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC.

Non-Type-Rated Requirements:

Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
Minimum 1,000 hours jet time with a commercial airline.
Minimum 250 hours PIC, or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC.
