A320 First Officer - Jetstar Japan

Jetstar Japan (JJP) is currently seeking experienced Airbus A320 First Officers to join its flight operations team based in Narita, Japan. Operating a fleet of 24 A320 aircraft across 24 routes, Jetstar Japan provides extensive domestic and international flight opportunities. This role is open to both A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots.

Key Requirements

Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Hold a current ATPL (ICAO/EASA/FAA).
• Possess a current First Class Medical certificate.
• Demonstrate English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or above.
• Hold or be eligible to hold relevant Japanese permanent residency status or an unrestricted right to work in Japan.
• A320 Type Rated Pilots: Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time, 1,000 hours on the A320 family, and 250 hours PIC (or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC).
• Non-Rated Pilots: Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time, 1,000 hours jet time with a commercial airline, and 250 hours PIC (or 180 hours PICUS and 70 hours PIC).

Preference is given to pilots holding a current JCAB licence. While A320-rated pilots without a JCAB licence are competitive, non-A320 pilots are also encouraged to apply.
