Jetstar Japan Airbus A320 Pilot Opportunities

Jetstar Japan, based in Narita, Japan, seeks experienced pilots to join their growing team. The airline operates a fleet of 24 Airbus A320 aircraft, servicing 24 routes to 14 domestic and international destinations with over 100 daily flights. This exciting opportunity is open to both Captains and First Officers currently holding a valid A320 (preferred) or A330, A340, A350, or A380 type rating.

Benefits:

Jetstar Japan offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Sign-On Bonus: JPY2,000,000
• Contract Length: 3 years, renewable
• A320 Captain:
  • Annual Base Salary: JPY13,200,000
  • Housing Allowance: JPY155,000/month
  • Productivity Pay: JPY17,000/hour (for hours exceeding 60/month)
  • Sign-On Bonus: JPY1,000,000
  • Commuting Allowance: JPY100,000/month
  • Layover Allowance: JPY5,000 in Japan, JPY4,000 outside Japan
  • Training Salary: 100% of base salary
  • Annual Leave: 20 days per year
  • Sick Leave: 24 days per year
  • ~Month Salary (Gross): ~1,710,000 JPY/month (~$15,400 USD/month)
  • Other Benefits: Annual Bonus, Staff Travel Availability

Requirements:

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 3,000 hours on jet aircraft
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on jet aircraft
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on Airbus fly-by-wire
• Valid First Class Medical
• ICAO English Level 5 or above
