Airbus A320 Pilot Opportunities with Jetstar Japan
Jetstar Japan, a subsidiary of the renowned Jetstar Group, is seeking experienced pilots to join its growing team. The airline operates a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft, servicing a network of 24 routes across 14 domestic and international destinations.

Eligibility:
Current Airbus A320 (preferred) or A330, A340, A350, or A380 pilots.
Benefits:
Jetstar Japan offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- Sign-on Bonus: JPY2,000,000
- Contract Length: 3 years, renewable
- Annual Base Salary (A320 Captain): JPY13,200,000
- Housing Allowance: JPY155,000 per month
- Productivity Pay: JPY17,000 per hour for flights exceeding 60 hours per month
- Commuting Allowance: JPY100,000 per month
- Layover Allowance: JPY5,000 in Japan, JPY4,000 outside Japan
- Training Salary: 100% of base salary
- Annual Leave: 20 days per year
- Sick Leave: 24 days per year
- Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: ~JPY1,710,000 (~$15,400 USD)
- Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus, Staff Travel Availability
Requirements:
- Valid JCAB license
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 3,000 hours on jet aircraft
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on jet aircraft
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on Airbus fly-by-wire
- Valid First Class Medical
- ICAO English Level 5 or above
