Role Overview

The Aircraft Captain will assume comprehensive Pilot in Command duties, holding ultimate responsibility for the safe, secure, and highly efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring unparalleled service for all passengers and crew members. Compensation & Benefits

Lincoln Financial Group offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $225,000. New hires are typically compensated between the minimum and midpoint of this range, contingent upon work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and other non-discriminatory factors. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on company, business unit, and individual performance. Other potential rewards include long-term incentives, sales incentives, and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
