Lincoln Financial Group offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $225,000. New hires are typically compensated between the minimum and midpoint of this range, contingent upon work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and other non-discriminatory factors. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on company, business unit, and individual performance.
