Pilot in Command – Lear 75

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for Lear 75 light jet aircraft to support Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The successful candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the designated home base.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Flight Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Total PIC: 2,000 hours

Total Time in Type: 250 hours

Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours

Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours

Total Turbine: 500 hours

Total Instrument: 300 hours
Essential Functions

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication for standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting.

Manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and manuals remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, professional decision-making.

Demonstrate company core values in all operational interactions.
Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-
ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).
-
1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Valid U.S. driver's license and current passport.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Unrestricted travel ability to Canada and the Caribbean.

Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings (including testing for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, and amphetamines).

Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to frequently move up to 50 pounds in aircraft and terminal environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation package. The starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $182,500, commensurate with geographic location, aircraft experience, education, and training. Comprehensive benefits include:
