Position Summary
Jet Linx is seeking qualified Pilot in Command candidates for Part 91 and 135 flight operations utilizing Midsize jet aircraft. Candidates are expected to reside within a two-hour call-out time of their home base or be willing to relocate. The Pilot in Command (PIC) reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Total Time in Aircraft Type: 250 hours
- Total PIC Time in Aircraft Type: 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Time: 1500 hours
- Total Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Essential Functions
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times to comply with company and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
- Possess and maintain a current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making skills.

Other Requirements
- Completion of initial or recurrent 142 training in aircraft type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Possess a current passport.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- Valid 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and submit to random drug/alcohol testing as required.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to release and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
- Capacity to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $200,000, with the actual salary determined by geographic location, aircraft size, relevant education, training, and experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
