Highly Qualified Second in Command (SIC) | Midsize Jet Operations (Part 91 & 135)

The organization is actively recruiting professional and experienced Second in Command (SIC) candidates to operate its Midsize jet aircraft fleet. This critical role involves executing domestic and international flight operations while maintaining strict adherence to 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135 regulations. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of all assigned flights.

Key Responsibilities and Operational Mandates

The SIC is responsible for supporting the Pilot in Command and ensuring the smooth execution of flight duties. Essential responsibilities include:

• Diligently managing and calculating all duty, flight, and rest periods to ensure uncompromising adherence to both company operational specifications and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
• Facilitating seamless and constant communication with flight management and dispatch teams regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, positional reporting, and the timely submission of comprehensive pre- and post-flight reports.
• Maintaining exemplary professional standards, regulatory knowledge, and operational proficiency at all times.

Minimum Required Flight Experience

Applicants must possess the following documented and verifiable flight experience minimums to be considered for this challenging position:

• Total Flight Time: 1,500 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
• Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours
• Total Turbine Time: 100 hours

Location and Relocation Requirement

Candidates must currently reside, or be willing to promptly relocate, within a 2-hour drive of the designated home base to comply with the organization’s stringent operational call-out time requirements.
