Pilot in Command - Midsize Jet Aircraft
A dynamic aviation organization is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates for its Midsize jet aircraft fleet. This pivotal role involves conducting safe and efficient flight operations under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, demanding exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to aviation safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages and adheres strictly to all duty, flight, and rest time requirements, ensuring full compliance with both company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintains continuous, clear, and concise communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, timely trip notifications, accurate position reports, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight documentation.
- Ensures all flight operations are conducted with the highest regard for safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications and Flight Time Requirements
Prospective candidates must satisfy the following minimum flight experience criteria:
- Total Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Land Time: 1500 hours
- Total Time in Type: 250 hours
- Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours
Candidates are required to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call-out time of the designated home base to ensure immediate operational readiness.
