Our organization is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for heavy jet aircraft, supporting both Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The successful candidate will manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company requirements and CFRs. The Second in Command will maintain consistent communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
Minimum qualifications include a total flight time of 2500 hours, with 500 hours in multi-engine land aircraft. It is expected that the candidate resides, or is willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of their home base. A minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command time is also required.
