Pilot in Command – Challenger 604/605

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for heavy jet aircraft, specifically the Challenger 604/605, to support Part 91 flight operations. The successful candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the Nashville, TN base.
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Flight Experience Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Essential Functions

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reports.

Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, effective decision-making skills.

Demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).

Current 1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport and unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.

Ability to pass a FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.

Preferred: Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Physical requirements: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the capacity to move up to 50 pounds frequently.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation package, with a starting base annual salary ranging from $195,000 to $251,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft specifications, and candidate experience.
