Second in Command (SIC) - Heavy Jet Aircraft
This exciting opportunity is for a qualified Second in Command (SIC) to join our team, operating heavy jet aircraft for both Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 100 hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company policies and CFR regulations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Proactively manage and maintain electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and readily accessible.
Location: Candidates are expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the home base.
