Role Overview

The Human Resources Talent Team at Jet Linx Aviation is actively searching for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist. This critical role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various aviation disciplines. The Specialist will operate from our National Operations Center, contributing directly to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs of a growing aviation company.
• Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and industry events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified aviation professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent Jet Linx Aviation at career fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications
