This integral role within the Human Resources department will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for various positions across the organization. The specialist will operate from the National Operations Center, contributing to the company's continued growth and excellence in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conducting thorough candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the HR team to support organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
