The specialist will contribute significantly to the strategic growth and operational excellence of Jet Linx Aviation by ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across all key aviation disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique needs of the aviation industry.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing and screening activities through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and industry events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer extension and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders within the aviation community.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Jet Linx Aviation's reputation as a premier employer in the aviation sector.
