Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and new hire integration.
• Supporting employee relations initiatives and addressing employee concerns in a confidential and professional manner.
• Administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR programs and projects.
• Providing support for compensation and benefits administration.
• Facilitating internal communications regarding HR matters.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Human Resources role.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
