Experienced G500 Captain - Dulles, VA

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Captain to pilot a G500 for our valued client based in Dulles, VA.
Position Overview:
The Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft, ensuring comfortable and timely operations. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain meticulous adherence to FAA, ICAO, and company regulations in all flight and ground operations.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and adaptability in flight, responding effectively to unforeseen circumstances and challenging weather conditions.
- Meticulously plan and coordinate flights, ensuring passengers are well-informed of schedules, weather conditions, and any necessary adjustments.
- Supervise and mentor flight crew, fostering a culture of professionalism and safety.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise passenger and cargo loading, verifying adherence to weight and balance limitations.
- Manage aircraft servicing and security while away from home base.
- Diligently complete post-flight inspections, promptly reporting any malfunctions or operational anomalies.
- Actively contribute to the Aviation Safety Management System.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (Multi-Engine Land) is mandatory.
- G-VII experience is highly preferred.
- 2,500+ hours of total flight time, including 750+ hours as Pilot-in-Command of jet aircraft.
- Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.
- Turbojet Type Rating is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, Airman's Information Manual, Air Traffic Control procedures, and aircraft systems.
- Experience in international flight operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
- Must reside within a reasonable commute of the Dulles, VA Flight Operations facility.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is required by the start date, barring applicable medical or religious exemptions.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 62 pounds to perform safety-critical tasks such as removing emergency exit windows, loading passenger baggage, and deploying life rafts.
