Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of all passengers on Air Canada and Jazz flights.

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English; fluency in French is preferred.
- Hold Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status with the ability to travel outside Canada without restrictions.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or public-facing experience (e.g., teacher, nurse, administration).
- Maximum height of 6'1" (185 cm).
- Possession of a current valid passport with at least six months validity.
- For Permanent Residents, the ability to obtain and maintain necessary crew visa documentation for travel to the United States is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card.
- Successful completion of Jazz’s Initial Flight Attendant Training Program (approximately 6 weeks).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Adherence to high ethical standards and respect for diversity.
