About the Role
Air Canada Rouge is seeking dynamic and passionate Flight Attendants for its Toronto base. This role focuses on ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and an enjoyable travel experience, making the flight an integral part of the adventure.
Responsibilities

Prepare the aircraft for a safe and comfortable journey.

Greet and assist customers with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Deliver announcements and information clearly and engagingly.

Create a friendly, calm, and comfortable cabin environment.

Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and support cabin crew.

Provide onboard service including meals, beverages, and product sales.

Assist passengers with in-flight entertainment and resolve technical issues.

Manage carry-on luggage, seating arrangements, and passenger comfort needs.

Respond to onboard incidents and emergencies with confidence.

Administer First Aid in medical situations.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and tidiness.

Act as a brand ambassador, providing feedback for service enhancement.

Complete post-flight safety and service reports.
Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid Canadian passport with no travel restrictions.
-
Reside within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson International Airport or be willing to relocate.

Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.

Access to the internet for scheduling and communications.
-
Comfort working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin.

Meet Air Canada Rouge medical standards, including passing a medical evaluation and drug/alcohol test.

Successful completion of the 6-week, full-time Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendant Initial Technical Training Program in Vancouver.
Language Skills

Proficiency in English.

Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, or Thai.

Preference will be given to candidates fluent in both English and French.
