Flight Attendant - Toronto Base
Air Canada Rouge is seeking passionate individuals to join their in-flight crew as a Flight Attendant based in Toronto, ON, Canada. This role focuses on ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey.
About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with Air Canada Rouge, you will be responsible for preparing the aircraft for flight, greeting passengers with warmth, and maintaining a positive and comfortable environment. Key duties include delivering important announcements, managing onboard services such as meal and beverage service, assisting passengers with their needs, and responding effectively to incidents and medical situations. You will also be a brand ambassador, contributing to the overall Rouge experience and ensuring cabin tidiness and adherence to safety procedures.
Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.

High school diploma.

Valid Canadian passport with no travel restrictions.

Residency within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson International Airport or willingness to relocate.

Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.

Access to the internet for scheduling and communications.

Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin.

Must meet Air Canada Rouge medical standards, including successful completion of a medical evaluation and drug/alcohol test.

Ability to successfully complete a 6-week, full-time Flight Attendant Initial Technical Training Program in Vancouver.
Language Skills

Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Proficiency in at least one of the following additional languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, or Thai.
